 Subject: V6 to V8 TB upgrade

Has anyone had any experience upgrading their TB with a stock V8? I've downloaded instructions from Bernd's, Quick D & Jon Smith over on moparchat sites on TB switches and I'd kinda like to tackle it myself, it's a relatively modest upgrade if I can save the money on install. I'd like to be able to afford a nice billet one, but it ain't happening this year.

It is very easy, the most challenging part is to remove the throttle cable from behind the gas pedal. If you are interested I have an extra V8 throttle body and V8 throttle cable. I would sell it to you for a very fair price.

Thanks Marc, I've just bought one and am waiting for delivery. I'm thinking I might do it myself when it gets here.

WARNING....Chris is ______ A. awake B. able to see or C. DIDN'T KNOW TO CHECK THE THREAD DATE!....I thinking the tb has been sold and the other I'm sure is on and been tested good. Anyone have a tb for sale for Chris????

Chris,
I have a v8 TB for sale. I bought it new from SpeedTweaks. It was on my truck for about 6 months. This will be the whole kit, TB, accelerator cable, new gasket and S-bolt. I'm asking $200 for it.

If Chris doesn't buy it I will. I'm very serious and can get you the money now. I don't want to be rude and bump Chris so please don't think I'm an ass. I'm just say'n that if he's not interested then you've got it sold to me without a doubt. Email me if you don't hear from Chris and you are serious about selling the whole kit.
