Message: I so happened today to leave my lights on and ran my battery donw. I guess for some odd reason i didnt hear that "dinging" sound when i got out of my truck. Anyway i jumped my truck and now it wont start. It appears my battery is fully charged I have to "force" start by keeping on the gas and once i let it off it dies. I read about this same problem happening before on other 1998 Dakotas with TB's and IAC's etc... but i dont know why im having the same problem because my battery went dead? I had my battery replaced 1 and a half ago at the dealership, this is the first time its been dead since then.

Message: Is it required that you reset the PCM every time you charge/replace your battery or is it not normally required?
