I have an 02 dakota 3.9 and have noticed now that whenever i come to a stop, i can smell gas coming through my heater from the front end. But I can not smell gas anywhere outside the truck. Where could this be coming from???? I am also taking it in for the second front end alignment and only 6000 miles on it. why do these front ends go out of whackk so easy?

the dealer is retarded, everytime i take it in they tell me nothing is wrong. if they cant hook a computer up to it they seem lost!! are there any real mechanics out there anymore?

My 01 started pinging real bad last summer so I took it into the dealer.
First thing they said was "It's because you use Sunoco gas".
I said I don't use Sunoco and they said "You must, why else would it ping"
Finally they reset the computer and everything was fine.
Scary isn't it.
