Your going to have trouble finding a good rebuild kit for the 3.9L. Most rebuild kits i see are oem rebuild kits, if you want high performance stuff you usually have to piece it together, especially with a turbo application because you'll want to use special pistons (low compression), and good head gaskets.

with the power that twin setup puts out your gonna need not want but need forged rods cranks and pistons. It won't hold together if you don't use them the rods and pistons are easy to get but the forged crank is another animal. also use the highest grade hi performance race quality bearings in the rotating assembly or it too will die an early death. Every factory turbo I am aware of uses these and there must be a reason for it.

Basically look at the V8 kits (for the 5.2L) and adapt the pistons/rods to the V6. The machine shop will need to modify the crank journals a little bit to fit the V8 rods, but isn't hard at all and actually recommended (larger bearing surface on the V8's). Clevite bearings are the most common and "die hard" engine builders recommend them. A billet crank can be created...but the cost is right about $1200 for a one-off creation (I checked about a year ago).
