 Subject: 3.9 Blown up?

So I was driving back from the girlfriends and my truck started making this weird noise. I get out and check there is oil everywhere under the hood and the dipstick says its only 1/4 qaurt low and the power steering is a little low but not excessive. Its dark and I am tired I was just wondering what peoples take as to what the problem could be and how much damage I did. It had good oil pressure til I turned her off and there seems to be just a little seap of oil out the bottom of the harmonic balancer. thanks for the help
