 Subject: Sound diagnosis, Help plz

Just waiting at the entrance to the car wash my truck was idling and i noticed a low but audible ticking sound. It was the same sound you would hear if you listened to a watch (not digital of course =] ) but faster. Is this something i should worry about?

mine does it too. sounds like a valve tap but not as loud! It is annoying isn't it?
