i just purchased a book sjowing you how to gain aproximatly 120 to 135 hp naturaly aspirated now who woldent want that! if you would like to know some of this info let me know ill get back to you as soon as i can.

The engines we have in our 91' and earlier daks are a different design than your 92'+ magnum engines. I am sure the basic lessons in this book are true for most engines. Better, flow of gasses fuels, etc. Larger heads, etc. But the specific measurements and components will be only for PRE mag engines.

Hey I would also like to know where you can buy such a book, i have been waiting for someone to put up a thread about this kind of thing. I have the earliest dakota and i love it. It is so much more fun to work with an engine that is not computer controlled.
Give me a hollar on where to buy the book, I would really like to see or get it.

hey i got a 1988 dak sport 3.9 auto. I need this book too. drop line when u get the info or where to buy this magical book. I love my 88 dak nuthing beats the pre mags.

Well if you would have did this about 6 years ago you could have been over 200 hp easy because mopar had all the right parts still in production but in the MOPAR V6 ENGINES book pn#p4876827 they say that you can get around 250 hp out of a pre-mag v6 with the right setup.

parts4mymopar.com has parts for pre mag v6's still. cams and almost any high performance part valves pistons connecting rods, for a 318 will work they also hve this book it shows you how to rid yourself of that newfangeld machine they call a computer.the pluss is if youn look hard enough you can finse a 4bbl intake manifold for the pre mags and yea Joe E is right most of the tips in this book will go for most engine.
