Message: Question to you gurus..I have a 2000 Dakota. I hate it. I have warped drums, rotors, a pinging engine and poor gas milage. Now I have a new problem. When driving around for about 10 minutes, this white fog looking stuff drifts through my airvents if the A/C is off. If I turn it on, it blows out and goes away. It smells a bit like coolant. Any ideas?

Message: This is strange about the rotors, my 2000 Dakota was fine untill I just hit 40K miles and all of a sudden.....worpage. But my mother has a 1998 Grand Cherokee and the thing has had worped rotors since we bought it..brand new. I think mopar needs to do some brake improvements. Dude it sux about your truck, mine is holding up fine for now, no real problems except for the 2 times it has stalled. haha.

Message: yeap, check the heater core.
if you have had your tires mounted at a shop that uses the air gun, they set the air to high and the result is warped rotors.
this happened to me on my dakota00 with 20K and on my stratus96 with 145K. the shop i used just crushs the lug nuts and warps the rotors. i told them about it and now i make sure they use muscle power and a hand wrench.
