Subject: Check engine?? IP: Logged
Message: Out of the blue my check engine light just came on. I looked under the hood for anything obvious but couldn't find anything out of place. Can anyone think of something that would bring this light in?
About a year ago I had it come in but then the truck wouldn't start. Come to find out it was a bad cell in the battery. However no trouble with starting it now.

Message: It could be the O2 sensor. I don't know if there are two of them on Dak's or just one. I'd definately check it out though.

Message: adam- Funny that you say that about the gas. I was at the gas station filling up and when I got back in thats when the light came on. I was pretty much on E and filled it up with about 12gal or so. And it was a different gas station that I went to. The light came on and just stayed on when I started her up. Is it possible that the gas would have caused it that quickly?

Message: I figure I'd head to autozone to get FI cleaner during lunch. On the way there the light is still on, ok. I go buy the stuff get in the truck to leave and it somehow has fixed itself! So I made a few more stops and it hasn't come back. I guess it was FM. Thanks for all the help.
