15's are quick for a stock v-6. my '98 went a best of 16.702 at 81.5 mph. i dont think the v-8 trucks are much quicker. I's sh*t if my truck went 15's

i would think open headers would cause you to lose some time since all that back pressure is gone and kill your low end especially with our beer keg mainfolds

when i hit 4 grand then shift my manual i can get pretty close to upper 15s, and the only engine mod i have is a k&n airfilter
