Hey everyone, I got in contact with Truck Preformance Center, they are willing to do a group buy for the 3.9 V6 AirAid intake I asked for the 2001 models but what is it they are the same for like the 97-01 or 94-01? ill check. They said that they usually sell them for about 160.00 (which Ive found them for 150) but if we get 20 people willing to buy them, they will drop the price down to about 130.00 email me at Spdracer16@hotmail.com so I can get an estimate of how many people want one. I will also call a few more places and see if they are willing to do group buys and if I can get it lower then that. Thanks,

Just a FYI. there kind of ripping you off. I bought mine for about $80 form my local performance shop.
And there not that great. Yes I did get a little more performance but I lost about 50 miles to the tank if not more, and the air hat seat right against the frame now. so when the truck shaking it causes it to rub and it makes a load noise. but if your only looking for the HP. then go for it.

what type of air raid system did you buy? i got one in my truck right now and yes i did get more preformance out of it. and no i either have the same gas milage if not a little more. the one i have you don't have any rubbing at all it bolts directly to the stock bolts after you rip out the stock air box and attach the 3" inlet to the stock rubber tube that goes to the throttle body

Sorry I was talking about the Power Aid throttle body spacer.. there also made by air aid. I wasn't thiking stright.

well i already have an intake filter, but if you can get a group buy on some jba headers i think i can partake in that . i have a v-6 with a 50 series flowmaster single in dual out, just like to see if headers will give me any more horse power

No but it is a V6 bored and this is a V6 group buy, if you dont want to read it then dont I think its pretty simple... still looking for 20 people though anyone else?
