Message: 5W30? In a transmission? Are you crazy? I don't know Dodge's recommendation, but manual transmissions use gear oil that's typically 80w-90w. Or they used to anyway. Maybe I'm an old fart, but you might get a mile if you put 5W30 in your 5 speed.

Message: Now for the less smartass answer. Here's what my owner's manual says:
"AX-15 (Aisin Seiki) Lubricant Selection (3.9L engines only)
This transmission is filled with an SAE 75W-90 API GL-3 gear lubricant. If it becomes necessary to add or change the fluid in this transmission, use Mopar Gear Oil, part number 04897622AA. This is the only lubricant recommended for use in these transmissions."
Obviously, you don't have to stick with Mopar necessarily, but the weight is 75W-90.
