Message: Ok, I have to get this figured out it is bugging me bad!
V6, manual 5speed tranny: Crusing about 35, and step into it and I get this slight 3 second hesitation then its like hiting the nitrous. It launches.
Does anyone know what could cause this slight hesitation?

Message: Bill,
Thanks for the info, but I have checked it out. I think the last time I hooked it up it was reading just about perfect. Its to close to try and adjust it anymore.
Any other suggestions.

Message: When I adjusted the TPS, it moved because after drilling out the bushings, I didn't fit flush on the TB. I fabricated an aluminum plate to fit between the TB and TPS the would allow it to be tightened like it was orginally. I have the same as you, V6-5 spd-4X4 and no hesitation at any speed. What voltage did you set the TPS at?
Maybe try removing the TB and cleaning it(inside) with carb cleaner and recheck the TPS setting.
