I have a 93 dakota deluxe. there are no control buttons for
the heater. Ive tried using the a/c contols but about 20
minutes later a leak in passengers side floor starts. how do I
use the contorls for heat.I feel really stupid.

HELP !!! Same problem with my 01 Dakota 4.7.
Stuck on defrost mode. All doors and actuators work on passenger side. I cant get to drivers side vent. I can see the arm is moving but cant see the door. Any help how to would be greatly appreciated.

the 2000 is not vacum controlled actuators,
electric actuator motors controle the modes; the
arm tht runs from mode actuator to the defrost
door will ncome out of the door on top. and in
some cases will "bind" and not let the arm
open/close the defrost. also there is a screw
near the bottom of the arm, if this screw is
missing,or too tight the arm will not function
properly; these are common issues with this
particular model. good luck!
