Subject: engine dies and rpm drops

i have 2002 dak qc (4500 mileage)my prob. is when i reverse and make a full steer (r/l), after i remove my feet off the pedal my rpm drops below normal, engine shakes and dies also when i drive like 60 mph and hit the brakes suddenly rpm drops and engine shakes. any idea why this happens? dealer already replace torque converter, idle motor and still having this problem. need help!!!!

so the speed is registering?i had a problem similar to that and it was the speed sensor.

Well the ias motor was changed but did they reset the computer? It will need to relearn the new settings for idle.

Also a TPS out of adjustment would cause the same issue. (Throttle Position Sensor)

Normally a throttle body cleaning will cure this but you have so few miles on your truck. Do you take really short trips to work? If so you may need to see if the throttle body is dirty anyway.

i dont know if they reset the computer but what they are saying is there's no code on the computer that tells them what the problem is, so they conclude that everything is normal and they advice me not to park on a steep hill because most of the time it dies when i park on a steep hill and they tell me to look for other place to park. i already told them that this is not normal but they insist. iam waiting for daimler chrysler rep. to look at the truck maybe next week. i think the people here at service center didn't know what they are doing....
