 Subject: Exhaust Whistle

I just got an 03 Extended cab, with a V6, and when I
accelerate there is a whistling that seems to appear
around 3 grand, sounds kinda like a blow off valve but
not as high pitched.. The truck is brand new.. and I didnt
have this problem with my 02 which was a reg cab..
anyone else had/have this problem? any ideas of what
it might be??

A leaking vacuum line, or a loose air filter cover can whistle.
