Hi...

I work at a local Midas Muffler- Ravin is the corporation's chosen performance muffler (whether or not anyone else sells them, i have no clue). The Ravin Muffler is designed and marketed to be direct competition to Flowmaster Mufflers, and i can honestly say from personal and professional experience, the Ravin is pure JUNK from every angle. They dont have the corrosion resistance, design technology, or flow characteristics of a flowmaster-not to mention the sound, A ravin sounds like crap on anything that would already sound like crap with no exhaust. I've actually installed them on custom jobs that came in with no exhaust, and the vehicles sounded worse when they left. If you just want noise and a lighter pocketbook-not to mention a possible power LOSS, buy a ravin. If you want noise with a nice mellow tone, high corrosion resistance, and a definite power INCREASE, buy a Flowmaster- Take it from someone who does custom exhaust for a living.
