 Subject: Transmission Slipping

Ok guys,
Ive got a 99 4x4 with and auto trans 50,000
and it seems to be slipping but only between
2nd and 3rd and only when i am moderate to
heavy on the throttle. It sounds like its goign to
shift then it rev real quick up another 200 rpm
then shifts. Is my trans going out?

Got the same exact prob. As well as another guy on here. He took his truck to the shop, I'm waiting to hear back.
