K I was drivin along nothing wrong when my engine shut off jus like I turned off the ign.
Now no spark coil is good pckup coil and dist have bin replaced recently
had it towed to the dealers tell me what u think the prob is its a 90 extendacab air 3.9 liter engine with 233,000 km on it
Turns over no spark

with that many miles, has the timing chain been replaced?, and these things are terrible for the drive gear on the dist shaft wearing and shearing, which means, no spark, mine died that way at 225K, how was it running prior? any bucking?

Check fuel pump, filter, all ignition components (coil, wires, cap and rotor). If it turns over it is NOT the battery. But there could be a short. If you did any electrical work recently or prior to your trouble, go over it and find the wire that is ground-shorted.

That just happened to me also. Turned out to be the fuel pump...
$164.95 at your local Autozone or auto store retailer.
Since your talking in kilometers, I assume your from canada...more expensive there.
