I think i have a problem. when i start my truck first thing in the morning or at night, after it has been sitting, and then i accelerate without letting in warm up it cuts out around 2000 rpms and comes back around 2200 rpms. It has to warm up for at least 5 min. It will do it a little into second gear as well. Some other problems i noticed are no power shifting into 3rd unless i crank the piss out of 2nd. I also can't get the truck over 85 in 5th unless i'm going down hill, won't do much over 105mph. Could not having a cover on my bed cause me to scoop up that much resistance in the bed? Dealer said there is nothing wrong with it cause the computer had no codes. I beg to differ but who am I? I have a 2002 3.9 5speed rc and anyone having similar problems please let me know or give me your input. My only mods have been the intake so far.
