Message: Brian,
We don't have a specific date as to when the website will be back up in full swing... the Tips and Tricks page is up and running, though...
Lately, we have been focusing on labor jobs, installations and custom work...
As htere are ony two of us doing everything, it just takes time... I'm in the process of designing a couple of new products at this time, and have finished a major revision of our turbocharger setups (which will help bring down the cost considerably!!!)
We appreciate your support, and if you have any questions you can e-mail Bernd or myself.
Thanks!

Message: Bernd, Tom or whoever,
Would a turbo setup help out at all for towing? What are the best upgrades for the V6 for towing?

Message: Xphile1999 - Yep! Cheaper turbo setup!!! We are slowly but surely working to get the website back up...
White and Red - Yes, a turbo would help for towing... Look at all the turbo diesel engines out there... As far as upgrades to a stock 3.9L would be: a V8 throttle body, headers, exhaust, cold air intake, 1.7 rockers(on stock cam)... It you want to get really serious, porting the heads, aftermarket cam... etc., etc., etc.

Message: Tom, do you guys have a cam that will the allow the V6 to make power past the current 4k RPM drop off point. I would like my motor to rev more freely, even if I lose some bottom end because of it.

That's like telling someone "yeah you can get 30 mpg, turbo diesels get 30 mpg"
Diesels are designed for towing, turbos are added to increase the HP output (they already have a ton of torque, the turbo compliments that too). Diesels are designed to handle heat--- a diesel motor weighs nearly what your truck weighs.
Turbos add heat, lots of it. Towing heavy loads creates enormous amounts of heat. The combo on a gas powered engine, designed with thinner cyl walls, with stock cooling-- not a good combo.
If towing is so much better with a turbo, why is it the chevy cyclone and typhoon have a ZERO tow rating??

Message: MikeS - Yes, there is a cam for the V6's that give it power through 5000rpm... Bernd's been running one for almost a year now...
Frankie - The Syclone and Typhoon have all wheel drive and the suspensions were set-up for handling, not towing... I do know that the max load in the bed was 500lb...again, due to the suspension, not the engine!!! Ask Duner how his truck does when towing....he's got a turbo on his 4.7L...
