The blocks are pretty much the same, there are some differences in the cranks and the internal parts. I've started to do a premagnum to magnum conversion but it is expensive and time consuming... Hope that helps ya out

First things first. The 4.7 is not a 318. With that out of the way,
your best route would be to find a donor truck within a year or
two the same as years with the 4.7 drivetrain. Buy it and start
swapping parts.
