 Subject: Steering wobble when cranked to max

Hi, I just got my first P/U, a '97 Dakota 4X2
auto Reg SB sport. I like it but have noticed a
few things.
One thing that baffles me is an occasional
wobble in the steering wheel when I am
turning with the steering cranked to the max.
The tire would seem to skip momentarily and
then recover. It does not happen every time -
maybe about 50% of the time. The wobble
seems to come from the passenger side.
Any suggestions would help. I'd like to get it
fixed. Thanks.
