Message: I have a dak 3.9L with zero zero mods, except for K&N drop in filter. I have plans for a Dynomax muffler and an intake kit. Which of the Jet Power Modules would you recommend stage I or II?
Also how much is involved in the MSD ignition upgrade?

Message: Stage-II.
If you want to make some real power out of the V6, change the throttle body (and cable) to the V8 version, relocate the IAT sensor into the intake tube, and a 180 degree T'stat for starters.
The MSD ignition system won't help you much on a stock engine...get some upgrades done first as they will make more power (the TB at minimum) than the MSD.

Message: John,
I'm not sure if you have an automatic or a 5-speed, but I have a Jet Stage II on my automatic V6 4X4 and I LOVE IT! The gear shift points are modified and shifts seem to be quicker as well. I bought mine for $150 off E-bay and in my opinion it was well worth it. I'm not sure how good they work on manuals but on my automatic it was well worth it.

Message: The Stage-I isn't rally worth the money. With less than $300 in mods (Intake, Muffler, 180 T'Stat) you can use the Stage-II and get some noticeable gains.
