Subject: simple question IP: Logged
Message: when you relocate the iat sensor do you have to reset anything? such as disconnect the batt. and turn the key for a couple of sec. reason why i ask, i didnt notice a difference in performance. how long should i wait for the engine to adapt to this mod? thanks

Message: I'd venture a guess that anywhere between 10-15 miles will be needed for your PCM to re-adjust to the new position and new intake temp to compensate. You will notice a slight bit of performance increase afterwards. I think its just a silly speedtweaks thing though...

Message: your only gonna notice a difference if its hott out.. from when it was hott before the vehicle was sluggish and if its hot out now when the iat is relocated it will have more emumfffff..lol
not to much hp to gain and your mpg will go down
