I have a 2001 2WD 3.9. My current mods are JBA 8mm spark plug wires, a homebrew cold air intake, hiflow magnaflow catback exhaust, V8 throttle body, and bosh platinium spark plugs. MY problem comes when I try to start my truck in the morning when it has been sitting for hours and hours and it starts and kills repeatedly. I try giving it a little gas and holding it so the engine can warm up a little but it still dies. I have to drop it into drive when im at about 900 rpm. Once I start going its fine. Or evn when I start it back up again , no problem. What could be the problem? Could anyone link me to where I can buy a new cap and rotor. Thanks

Warranty! Make sure your plug wires are all the way on the plugs. That is what it sounds like to me.
