I have the same truck, and I've upgraded the air intake, ignition, computer chip, headers & exhaust, suspension, etc.

Message: We are limited for our suspension lifts. But dont lose too much hope over it. I have a 2" body lift. Then the torsion bars were cranked, getting me another 1.5". Then with 31" BF Goodrich tires I was lifted probably another 1.5" since my stock tires were much smaller and bald. So total lift in the cab was about 5", and the total increase in under the chassis was about 3-4" roughly. My numbers may be off a little. Before all of this I measured the distance from the pavement to the bottom of my lowest point in the front of my truck. It was 6". Then after all of this, it measured 10.5". So maybe I got more from my tires than I thought I did! Anyways, it all worked out great for me. Its not a real suspension lift, but it works. And yes I have heard all the horror stories about cranking up torsion bars. Well I've now got 54,000 miles on mine and I have not seen or felt any kind premature wear anywhere. In fact I think it sits more comfortable now than it did before they were cranked. The lady that owned my truck before me had them lowered a little. The shop guy told me the truck probably is more comfortable where it sits now than before.
If you look on that site, you will see a place with my truck after these suspension and performance mods were installed. The link is near the bottom of the main page.
To make a long story short, there really are no aftermarket suspension lifts for these early trucks. Although there is a guy here locally who says he can modify the Generation II TrailMaster lifts for my Generation I truck, but I'm not sure I want to do that. My truck is fine right where it is.
