Message: for no mods you are making a lot of power, the original '90 engine w/out mods is rated at 125 at the crank or about 100 or so @rw. 91 5.2 will fit,but it will take some work on your part.

Message: Woh, man, that sems like a lota power to be coming outa a 1990 V6. I have the same truck. Dodge rated them at 125 hp bran azz new. hats not at the rear wheels either. Now being 13 years old, you must have serious mods done. Other wise, I guarentee your not putting out 175 rear wheel horses. Is it a shelby dak, or possibly a v8 318 ci swap? Later.

Message: droptopdak... If you want to do the swap, It's not that hard to do. Just take you time and pay attention. To make it any easy swap keep it all carbed. If you start getting carried away with trying to put a mag in it, them you are going to need to do a lot of stuff, including some frabrication. Ie. electric fuel system, full engine compartment wiring harness, v8 mag PCM, etc. etc. etc... You get the idea. But, in my opinion, I wouldn't do it. Mainly because that dude is one rare dak. If it was just another dak, I'd say go for it, but not to a rare one. It's just not right. Then again, it's your Dak, so do what you want. Just my two cents.
Later,
'98 3.9 RC... A few mods... ;-)
'88 340 RC... I'll never tell... Okay, I might... ;-)
