1) Tricks the ecu into thinking it's cold out so it increases the injector pulse width and gives you slightly more power.
2) It's a sensor screwed into the passenger side of the intake manifold near the front.
3) The air cleaner.
4) Do a search there are hundreds of posts about it in this forum.
