For 2 weeks my engin would not run while cold,
replaced heat & collent sensors, no help, was going to take it to the shop today but yesterday afternoon i ran about 1/3 can of Merc outboard power tune into T/B, when i fired her off this morning she ran fine & has all day. Whats your thoughts on this ? thanks fellows JC

I think you have about 1/3 can of Mercury Outboard Power Tune sloshing around in the bottom of your intake manifold if you have a V-6 that's any newer than 1992. But maybe it evaporated...

Maybe some carbon and crap was clogging the idle air control? Spraying some throttle body cleaner into the intake every 30k miles can make a huge differance on how well some vehicles idle and run.

I have had this problem a couple of times. It was the idle air valve both times. Just clean everything up real good and it should be ok.
