 Subject: Python problem

I have a 2000 3.9L 4x4 Dakota. I had a Python alarm system put in and the installer did not install the valet switch. I went back to the installer and he wants to charge me extra to program what ever special features I want even he should have installed the switch in the first place so I could do the programming myself. How can program different features without a valet switch?

I'm assuming that you have the manual and are knowlegable enough to program it. the switch is a tiny little button if you know where the "brain" is it's not too hard to figure out where to plug it in {it should be keyed)And you also get the switch because iT comes with the unit. ( Installers I have dealt with like to keep extra pieces they don't use in an install) So get the switch back and progam away. Hope this helps a little.
