whats the difference between the 99 trans and the
00 trans. 5spd. 2wd. hurst makes a short shifter
for the 98-99. i know alot of 99 parts fit on the
00 but i didn;t know if they changed transmissions
between those years. thanks

The 99 has the AX-15 (same as the four cyl)
The 00 and up has the NV 3500 (same as the 8cyl)
The Hurst for the 99-00 V-8 (NV-3500) I belive is the same. 01 And up I hits the dash. I hope this helps.

thats what i wanted to hear. thank you. now i jsut
need that pesky credit card to pay itself off and
i'll be straight. (yes i know i've said that
before on this board but i'm hoping if i say it
