I have a 92 dakota and I have a chance to get a set of wheels off a 2000 dakota they are 15x6.5. will I have clearance problems with them?

Shouldn't be a problem at all. They shouldn't rub being only 6 1/2" wide. I have 15X8's on my 94 and they rub just a little.
