First option is to go to a parts store and rent the clutch fan tool. I had a hell of a time getting mine off when my water pump went out. I ended up cutting the mother off with a sawzall and putting electric fans on it :) Good luck.

or get a strap wrench at sears.... hold the pulley with it.... get a big @$$ wrench for the nut turn it to the left as hard as you can... if that doesnt work, hit the wrench with hammer (or other heavy object) to break it loose. When mine finally gave i ended up with a bloody hand and elbow.... d@mn momentum.
