Hi, I'm sure you're all probaby tired of hearing such a question already...but will the K&N GenII for the 5.9L fit on a V6?? I have a 5-speed so I don't have to worry about a Cruise control unit being in the way. I may have to do bend the AC lines a bit, but that wouldn't be much of a problem. The only thing I'm wondering about is, will the kit fit onto the V6 throttle body? Are there any major differences between V8 and V6 TBs that would cause me problems. Any replies appreciated....thanks

Yes, the K&N Gen II will fit the 3.9L.
The only difference between a V6 and V8 TB is the bore diameter.

Is the saddle bracket the same one that came with the kit? 'Cause mine looks nothing like that.
If it isn't, how'd you make it?

It's the bracket that came with the kit I just mounted it on the back side of the tube to keep it from rubbing the AC hose.
