If it's an automatic tranny it should be a 42RE, if it's manual i have no clue.

I believe you have the AX-15. In 2000, Chrysler changed it to the NV3500.

Speaking of the 42RE Trans........
Will it hold up with a shift kit installed to a 360 or a 408 stroker?
