i have the 40 series on my dak. its louder than most of the other mufflers which i what i wanted. i also have a turndown pipe which made it even louder and deeper. only problem is that its loud inside the cab. best part is that i set off car alarms, lol

I have a flowmaster 40 dual-out on mine. Like blakdak said, it's loud. Real loud in the cab, and kinda drony at highway speed. I almost wish I'd gotten a 50 series or a Dynomax. But it does sound good at the tailpipes... especially when I get on it.

I have a 40 series flowmaster also. They are pretty darn annoying in the cab without a tailpipe but sound really good with one. Before i had one of the dynomax straight through mufflers and that thing was to raspy for me. Another good one if you like the flowmaster sound but dont want to spend as much is the FlowTech Terminator mufflers... i had one when i first got my truck but switched to that dynomax thinking it would sound better. Nope.
