 Subject: somebody w/ the V8 conversion kit HELP !

I just installed my V8 conversion kit on my 2001 3.9. After install, I decided to take it for a spin. Well, when I take off, it seems ok, but does'nt feel quite the same, second, when it is shifting (auto) into about 3rd, or 4th gear, it is only tacking at about 2K, with it floored, in another words does'nt fell like it is'nt opening the ports at WOT. I checked speedtweaks tips&tricks for help, I think that it might have something to do with the tv cable, sounds kind-of like the problem, can someone with the conversion kit, that has experienced the same problem help please.

Oh, and one more thing, when I am accelerating, it is shifting into the next gear to fast, and that is why it is dumping me into the 2K zone on the tack.
