Message: What would make my headlights not come on? All other park lights and all other functions work. The 2nd time I openned the hood they came on and worked fine on my 15 min drive to work. This is the 2nd time this happened.

Message: After looking around this site, there seems to be a bit of trouble with the headlight switches on the Dakotas. Check your fuses then look at the switch. I'd be willing to bet it's the switch.
I think I have a problem with mine - no tail lights. It's going to the dealership for warranty work today.

Message: I changed the switch Sunday. Didn't want to get caught after work without lights. Switch was $15 at Advance Auto.
