Message: Yes, but some modification is required if I remember correctly.
A lot of people have been fabricating their own for a lot cheaper and close to the same results. I have an AIRAID in my 2000 V6, that I modified and relocated the IAT sensor too. Worked good. Do a search on 'Homebrew Intake' on the forums, you'll get some good info. :0)
For further info, if a part says it'll work on the 5.2, chances are good it'll work on the 3.9. The 3.9L is a 5.2 with two cylinders lopped off. As such, the Intake Manifold, Heads, Valve Covers, Crankshaft and Exhaust manifolds are different, but just about all the rest is the same. The 3.9L has a smaller Throttle Body, but you can stick one off a 5.2 or 5.9 on as well (I haven't yet, just dremeled the stock one).
I love your hood man! :0)
