Message: Have you guys done the IAT relocation? If so you may need to move it back to the intake manifold then do it again. If not try pulling your plugs an recheck the gap. The only other thing I have to suggest is running some heavy fuel system cleaner through.
Any body else have any thoughts?

Message: I failed on my 94 twice and went all around town looking for a emissions service place couldnt find any went back and a different nicer guy asked what modifications i had (this is 3 days after i put my new exhaust system in) and he told my to sit there and rev it at about 2-3 grand for 5-10 minutes to really warm up my cat and sure enough i passed easily. Apparently my hi flo cat just wasnt warming up enough to get the job done.
Make sure your cat is really warmed up before you go again.

Message: You'll almost always have cleaner emissions if you take the "scenic route" to emissions testing. Mine includes a 20 min ride down the highway. Like others said, that way when you roll in to emissions the cat is nice and warm compared to if you drove straight there on a cold exhaust system.
