Ok well im finally getting my intake and after that im putting in a borla turbo xl exhaust and i want to get headers. can anyone reccomend a set of headers? All i know is the JBA ones and i dont what the difference between the coatings are. I have a 2001 3.9 4x4

JBA is the only outfit that makes headers for the Dodge magnum V6's at present...at least, that I know of...stainless steel is cheapest, but will turn blue in time, and may rust a little. They will also tend to keep engine compartment temps up a bit. The silver and black coated ceramics lower temps and last longer, plus they keep their original color. I'm saving for a set of the silver ceramics...

The other difference between the two types is that the chrome ones are about $130!! cheaper.

They are not chrome or stainless they are nickel plated. Unless your truck sits without being used for long periods of time these headers will outlast your truck. I have cars with headers that have black paint only that are 20 years old that have not rusted thru.
