I got a 97 airhat from PartsWorldwide.com for about $55. Dealer wanted like $85. Screw them.
The rest of the parts were minimal. I went with multiple sections of PVC and Fernco couplers to make the curve to the grill rather than one larger curved PVC. I felt one piece would have a greater chance to melt or deform than smaller sections. I used the Fernco's cuz I didn't want glued sections of PVC. The whole system is made to remove easily when inspection time comes cuz Virginia doesn't allow such mods.
