I just bought a 97 dakota and on the way home I realized that the temperature gauge wasn't moving. Can anyone tell if they know anything about what is going on with my new toy?

Most likely a bad sending unit.Probably $20 for a new one. Could also be a gauge problem or wiring problem, but sending unit is most likely.
