I would have to say go buy a stock v8 one. Gives you extra parts, and you dont take risk of fubaring your v6 one.

you make that hole biggeer you gotta put a bigger plate in it. Unless you are a highly skilled TOOLMAKER forget it. The usual Automotive machine shop machinist will find this job way over his head.
