Subject: What's wrong IP: Logged
Message: When I first tap the gas down when out of gear, I notice that it does nothing for about 1/2 second, then revs up. It doesn't rev up right when I hit the gas. What could be the problem? I just put in the Autolite 3923's.

Message: I have read that this may be due to switched plugs. If I have them switched, am I screwed? How would I ever check?
Actually, after I changed the plugs, it was running great. But after I adjusted the TPS, it seems to be running awful. It doesn't really take off at all on the lower RPM's.
Thanks

Message: I just put 3923 plugs in my 98 Dak and I noticed similar thing to this. I notice on take off, (I have a 5 speed) that I have to hold the clutch a little longer to rev up before taking off. Maybe it is in my head, but I don't think so. I think I am going to swap out plugs again to see if it changes when I replace my wires.
