Message: WOW.... your screwed!
if you can have any luck drilling and tapping bigger holes... try it. but more than likely you might just have to get a new intake manifold. Try junkyards and that sort of thing. Also, i think dodgeboy might have a few hanging around

Message: Get a ride to sears, get a set of easy outs. They come in different sizes. Go back home, drill in the MIDDLE of the bolt the size the easy out says, hammer the easy out in the bolt, start backing off with a cresent wrench. I do belive they have a special tool to hook to the easy outs if you got the $$$. Hope this helps.

Message: Dale, I think you're thinking that he broke the screws off in the manifold...it sounds like he stripped the screws themselves out, which if that was the case he could just get new screws. But, methinks he probably stripped out the holes in the manifold, or he wouldn't be so upset. If you stripped out the threads in the manifold and the TB screws are OK, you might be able to fix it with some Heli-coils if you have enough meat left in the manifold bosses to take them. You drill out a proper size hole for the Heli-coil you're using, then tap the hole and thread the Heli-coil in. The inside of the Heli-coil is already tapped and threaded for the size of bolt/screw that you're using. It's an easy fix if it'll work for you...

Message: Old school parts stores (maybe newer ones like PepBoys also) have what is called "Heli Coils".
You basically drill out the stripped hole to the recomended size and screw in an insert that is threaded.
I will admit the do it yourself kits are only so good, worse come to worse put your TB back on best you can and drive it to a machine shop, they shouldnt charge you anymore than $50 tops (should be less) to Heli Coil it.
Hope this helped and yes Im still draftin that email to you dude.
