I got my new 48mm TB on last night, took my time, cleaned everything, got rid of the devil horns, redid a few other things under the hood. As everyone stated it idle a litte ruff for about 10 miles, I'm at work now with about 30 miles on it and seems to be doing better. Way stiff gas peddle, but thats prob due to it having 0 miles on it compared to 100000 that was on the old one. I now see the need to do the upside down hat hold down trick, I'm going to try something different though. Also, has anyone removed that baffle in the air hat, what did it do??. HEHE 42mm to 48mm=14.29% more air!!!!
