Any will work but there was an issue with the double fuel rail design only on the 92's.
I understand you will need to do some grinding on the bottom edge of the throttle lever to clear.
If no one else gives you any better advice than this let me know and I will scan the article and email it to you.

From what I know 93 is ok, you will need to stay with a V8 TB from 95 and eairler though to be a bolt on.
I have a 94 and put on a 94 no problems or mods what so ever, well except the work I did to it myself.

I put a 99 R/T TB on my 95 V6 I got the throttle body complete with the bracket that holds the cables on the side of the TB just bolted it on and put on a V8 cable for a 99 R/T had no clearance issues at all. The only problem is the holes on the intake manifold are too small they don't match the TB I suggest If you want the full benefit of the TB to revove the intake manifold and make the holes larger.
