 Subject: Big Big problem transmission

my sister took my truck out, now all of a sudden it starts in bothe Park, and neutral, but in park I can only rev to about 2000 (compared to redlinning it), reverse goes no where (it revs but doesn't back up), neutral is a drive, so are the drive gears.
what do I do to fix this, or at least be able to get it to neutral where I can push it back and get it out of the way so I can get my aunts car out of the way

Best advice- DON"T let sister borrow truck anymore & you won't have these problems. At least if you do you know what they are considering you don;t let anyone else drive your truck
